One of the most recent highlights was curating and hosting the IWD25 Celebration Event in Gretna on behalf of South of Scotland Enterprise – a vibrant day that brought together over 180 inspiring women from across the South of Scotland. The event buzzed with energy, featuring motivational speakers, founder showcases, immersive wellbeing sessions, and a real sense of community momentum.

Leading Through Lockdown
During the COVID-19 pandemic, I pivoted quickly to keep the spirit of connection alive – transforming the D&G LEADER Celebration Event into an engaging online experience. We posted out cosy comfort packs so attendees could join from home with a cuppa and still feel part of the community. The event featured interactive sessions, live facilitation and thoughtful touches that brought warmth through the screen.
